Wire Belts for Spiral Towers

Wire belts for other industrial processes
Baking – Baking on continuous wire belts in ovens of high temperatures. These wire belts are designed to resist the high temperatures while having hygiene and ease of cleanliness at the forefront. The surface of the belt is non-stick to prevent product loss and waste and are easy to clean without damage. The edging is finished to avoid snagging and catching when in motion thus preventing maintenance and repair needs.
Blasting & Sandblasting – Blasting takes place inside tunnels with the product sat on the metal conveyor belt. The belt must be resistant to the blasting process so the belts are made from resistant high tensile steel and manganese steel. These steels are very durable, rust resistant and perfect for the job.
Rayon Production – The conveyor belts are used for the rayon washing process. The belt must be of the correct style for suitable high level washing so as not to compromise the quality of the rayon and must also be made of a suitably smooth metal to prevent any rayon catching or sticking to the belt during this process. Because the process involves chemicals and water the surface of the belt is protected to prevent premature damage, rust or compromise of the metal quality. For this reason, most belts made for this application are of a high quality stainless steel.
